Step by Step

How A2 Cow Ghee is Made

The Bilona process is a traditional and time-honored method of making ghee, which preserves the natural nutrients, aroma and purity of A2 milk.

Step 1-Fresh A2 Milk Collection

We collect fresh A2 milk from healthy, grass-fed desi cows, raised with love and care.

Step 2 — Curd Formation

The milk is naturally set into curd using traditional methods, without any additives or preservatives.

Step 3 — Bilona Churning

The curd is hand-churned using a wooden bilona, separating butter (makhan) from buttermilk (chaas).

Step 4 — Fresh Butter

The fresh butter is collected on top, while the buttermilk is set aside for other uses.

Step 5 — Slow Heating

The butter is slowly heated on low flame, allowing the water to evaporate and milk solids to separate.

Step 6 — Golden Ghee

The pure golden ghee is filtered using a muslin cloth, ensuring clarity, purity and rich aroma.

Step 7 — Final Product

The result is pure, natural, and nutritious A2 Cow Ghee — just as nature intended.
