Return & Refund Policy

At Brajbhumi A2 Cow Ghee, we carefully pack and dispatch every order to ensure that our products reach you in good condition.

Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns after delivery.

1. Eligible Returns

A return or replacement may be considered only if the product received is:

• Damaged during delivery
• Leaking or broken
• Incorrect or different from the product ordered
• Defective or not in suitable condition upon delivery

2. Reporting a Return

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Mobile Number
• Photos or video of the product and packaging
• Details of the issue

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product has been opened or used
• Product has been damaged after delivery
• Product has been improperly stored
• Customer does not like the taste, smell or texture of the product
• Customer changes their mind after receiving the order
• Return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

4. Replacement

After reviewing your complaint, if the product is found to be damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, Brajbhumi A2 Cow Ghee may provide a replacement.

Replacement will be subject to product availability.
